Walk the line

I liked this movie, I didn't know this guy had such problems. Ultimately it was a love story of a man seeking his one love even though he was married to another
This week we are going to The Producers

King Kong

King Kong was great. A little boring at the beginning but the monkey was really believable. Linda thought it was too sad, she loves animals and didn't like how they treated the monkey

At the Movies this Weekend

Possibilities for this week include:

King Kong
The Family Stone
Walk the Line
Rent

Any takers?

Chronicles of Narnia

Wow, what a great movie. I read the books as a kid and couldn't wait to see this on the big screen.

I've read some reviews that talked about the "overt Christan references," but, if you know anything about C. S. Lewis, he was a very Christian person and his writings reflect that.

The story is the story of good and evil and as always, the outcome is what you might expect. The actors do a nice job of making it believable. The creatures are really cool, the story fast-paced. It was obvious that Aslan was CG, but, it was still really neat and if you were a kid, I don't think you'd notice.

We'd give this movie 4 stars! I'd see it twice just to pick up what I missed the first time! --Linda

I give the movie 4 stars, Awesome movie--Steve
